Driver Compensation Structure

• Insurance Coverage

Liability and cargo insurance are provided for company drivers, while owner-operators have coverage costs applied as deductible charges.

• Per-Mile Rate ($0.80 – $1.00)

Compensation includes a mileage-based rate ranging from $0.80 to $1.00 per mile, calculated according to total miles driven.

• 30% of Gross Income

Earnings may also include 30% of total gross revenue, contributing to overall compensation. The minimum salary formula is calculated as: (Number of Miles Driven × Per-Mile Rate) + (Total Gross Income × 30%).

• 12% Fee for Owner-Operators

Owner-operators are subject to a 12% fee based on the total gross revenue generated on a weekly basis.
