Driver Benefits & Compensation

  • Per-mile rate: Up to $1.00 per mile
  • Percentage-based option: 30% of load revenue
  • Average annual earnings exceeding $120,000
  • Driver referral bonus: $1,000 per referred driver
  • Tarp pay, extra stop compensation, detention and layover pay
  • Paid training and performance, safety, referral bonuses

Home Time & Equipment

  • Route options: Regional, Long Haul, Local, Dedicated
  • Home schedule: Every other week
  • Average time on the road: 7 days
  • Assigned trucks with optional APU, refrigerator, and driver amenities
